I liked that he owned the 5 losses this year as their fault as coaches. As long as he recognizes that and makes adjustments he should be fine. It's when head coaches place the blame on the players and refuse to make changes to their staff I get irritated. Shawn Watson probably deserves another year because of all the injuries he was dealt at key positions with no depth, but he better not suck next year too. Strong better make the change if he does. Because I guarantee 5 losses will happen again if we are putting 14 or less points on a regular basis.

Actually I great little bit came out in his press conference. I will paraphrase
"They told me it was cold. I told them it was not". He then told them to lose the hand warmers and Unde Armour gear and go play football.

Why the hell should he not say this? I like it. Dude is one of the highest paid coaches in the country; he should never lose 5 games again, especially at Texas. He's putting his neck on the line and he firmly believes his team will never lose 5 games again. I like what Strong is doing and saying!
