Went on Saturday.... I just felt like having a cheeseburger... I wasn't sure how they prepared their beef (chain restaurant and all), so instead of medium rare, I ordered it medium. It came well-done.

I don't know how people can eat a well done burger. And their fries sucked too...

Even though their calamari was awesome, I will never go back.

Agreed...tough to figure a chain out unless one trys it. Ya did and won't again...goes to say, "Just buy your own top ingredients and make it the way you like it."

Rare aint bad, it's all in the handling and prep work to be safe is all. I never trusted a place where I couldn't see the kitchen and it's line cooks, "Their hiding something back thar!" Probably bacteria.

I very rarely order a steak when eating out. I would also get the hamburger instead. The only exception to this rule is generally when I'm traveling on the road. Otherwise, if I want a steak, I'll buy it myself and take it home and grill it for a fraction of the cost, knowing damn good and well the meat is high quality and that it will be cooked properly.

Lots of people are this way, provided they can cook a good steak.

Chain employees tend to over cook because they get so busy, its tough to give all the shit on the grill proper attention. If you want a good steak or burger cooked the way you want, hit up the private restaurants. They would rather under cook steaks because they can always throw it back on the grill.

Yeah deep sea fish have some huge worms in them. Salmon almost always has worms and they always break when trying to pull them out.
