NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reports there's been a "holdup" in Ryan Grant's four-year, $29 million contract with the Ravens after the team "found something in the physical that concerned them."
Grant's deal guarantees him $14.5 million, a number the Ravens are apparently no longer comfortable with. Of course, it's unclear why they were ever comfortable with it in the first place. It's quite possible they're simply having buyer's remorse. The situation figures to result in a revised contract, or even Grant being released back to the open market. It's shades of what happened with Rodger Saffold and the Raiders in 2014.
