They need to just keep building off of the things they're actually getting right. I have to wonder if O'Brien was telegraphing something. Stave sure isn't a great passer, but the run plays seemed a bit more effective and he was able to find open receivers.....he just couldn't get the ball there fast enough.

You're right, half a click too late and the defender makes a play on the receiver or ball. I hope they keep playing him and get him good experience. Stability at that position for a couple years would be good, IMO.
