Yesterday I lost a friend who died skiing on Pikes Peak. She was 48 and was skiing with her husband and three teenage sons. So sudden and tragic. We never know our futures - or those we love.

No preaching necessary, just be kind to your friends and loved ones on a daily basis.

I am so sorry George .. Losing a loved one is never an easy thing, but it can be so devastating when it is so sudden .. My thoughts and prayers to the family ..

Sorry to hear about your friend man. We had a niece of a member of the church die in a skiing accident just a couple of weeks ago. Went skiing a few days later with my wife's family to see my brother-in-law get hurt pretty bad but thankfully will make a nice recovery.

Well at least she was with her family doing something she loved I am sure still not easy saying good bye..it is never easy .

Im so sorry to hear that George. I was similarly blindsided this morning when I found out a young woman I work with killed herself last night. She was 17. It makes you really think about letting those you care about know how you feel. You never know if it might be the last time you see them, or if it's what they needed to hear to prevent such tragedy. Praying for you all.
