That is what I heard as well, I was thinking the same think. Dude was hammered drunk and did something stupid and there happen to be a cop around. If one of my friends did that our I did that we would all give whoever did it a ton of shit. The first think I'd do if I was Baker's roommate or whatever is get a sweatshirt smear some shit on it and ask him if he want's to go challenge some cops to a foot race.
