Les Miles and Michigan job

So Les Miles has finally come out and said that he was never offered the Michigan job. Not in 2007. Not in 2010. In 2007 Bill Martin said he wanted to take Michigan in a different direction. Still no one believed that Rich Rodriguez was the only guy offered the job. In 2010 it was clear that Jim Harbaugh had his eyes on the NFL. Still no one believed that Brady Hoke was Dave Brandon's target all along. Maybe, hopefully, we can finally put to rest this non-sense about Michigan not being able to get their guy. They got their guy both times, regardless of whether it was the right guy.

Damn. Makes you wonder what could have been.

Would have been cool to see Les and Bo square off seeing as how Bo was DC under Les when they won the BCS national title in '07.

Yea, I'm sure if Les had been hired in 2007, Michigan wouldn't be in the precidament that they are in now. RR just changed things so radically that we are still trying to climb out. Pelini left for Nebraska the year after that natty, right?
