Oh yes. But not like this at all. Alts were rampant and Bananaman was one of the craziest. The board was a combination of all NFCE posters and in some ways I do miss the interaction. It died when ESPN insisted on going with FB. A lot of us are from the old ESPN boards.

There are some things I miss about those boards & some I don't miss in the least. On the plus side - it could be very entertaining & had a lot more traffic than this board. However - that was countered by some real mean spirited stuff & some outright idiots that posted there. They also censored just about any even slightly offensive language which made a lot of the posts almost unreadable.

Overall - this place is certainly better.

BTW - that relatively new ESPN setup with FB related posts is a joke. They still have a lot of stupid posts (& most pretty much the same - how they hate RG3, LaBron, Tiger, etc) but with the added bonus of seeing someone's unwanted FB picture. ESPN is turning into such a joke. They react to any stupid trend & have moved to the point where they basically report TMZ info & not actual sports.

Yep - yet another reactionary move on their part. I also find it annoying that their regular shows spend a lot of times posting & even discussing various tweets (most of which are useless). They act as if the tweets - & not the actual on field plays - are the most important thing to feature on their network - a total joke.

Totally agree. There are several non-Skins fans that post here, but they come in peace & generally make good pts. We may all disagree with each other at times, but it is generally civil & at the end of the day we all virtually shake hands & wish for the best for the Redskins.

most were one guy under different names

one is here and has been given a second chance but he is back to the same BS i saw at espn so his days are numbered if he cant get his act together
