You really need to stop. Your crusade against Hornacek is tired and wrong. You can't judge him on last year because he was being forced to use PJ's antiquated system and there was so much off court drama surrounding Melo that they had no chance.

Now, he is free to coach his way and he has a marginally talented squad off to a 4-4 start including wins against Cleveland and Denver. They are exceeding everyone's expectations, yet you continue to rail on Hornacek for no good reason.

He looks like a solid coach to me. Certainly not someone holding back the franchise like you continually imply.

look, when this team starts beating teams on a more consistent basis, that are real contenders , that may change my view on hornysuk, but until then, he needs to show a pulse, hold players accountable, stop the running and gunning vs the more elite teams.

and one more thing, you might want to take a look at the knicks roster and see the money these guys make, doesn't like hornysuk has 1 player and a bunch of average joes to me! you know what it costs to take your family to a game, an easy grand!

What you don't seem to get is that no coach is going to be successful with the Knicks current roster. Pop couldn't get this team to the playoffs. They have a young star in Porzingis and not a helluva lot else. No one saw them sitting a 4-4 right now.

Point is, give Hornacek a decent roster and see what happens. If things don't improve, dump him. But to blame him for not winning with a roster that no one could win with isn't fair.
