Because we don't need a RB that can do everything for us. Right guys?

Everyone's passing on Guice. There must be a reason.

I'm more disappointed that they traded up, and did to take a RB instead of DL.

Now, I don't know much about Kerryon Johnson, but the fact that he doesn't look that great in even his own highlight package (the one espn showed, anyway), compounds the frustration.

I think he likes cocks. Who cares if the dude can gain 1200 yards.

He got pretty rattled at the combine blowing off a couple team interviews after he didn't like some of the questions he got asked. Plus his film looked pretty terrible imo(Kerryon didn't look any better though). Should have used that 4th rounder we traded away to grab a running back.

Read where Guice had an altercation with the eagles. Other teams said he came across lazy, only wanted to play video games and another team caught him in a straight up lie about something.

That is interesting like jayfan said there must be a reason why he was passed on and a lot of teams went with other RBs. I am actually glad my seahawks drafted Rashaad Penny if he is a high character guy with good work ethic and is good in the locker room I would rather have that then a talented player that can cause issues down the road for my team

It says a lot that the Seahawks passed on him since he was considered a M Lynch clone. Its definitely telling.

Redskins already fielding distracting questions about weirdo psycho Guice. Makes the Johnson pick (the guy Washington wanted) even better.

Did you check with @Mebert before making this thread? You might get yelled at.

I see why you are confused.

See this thread is about a new topic, while related to the draft is still unique. It is not 5 daily threads that say the exact same thing for a year straight.

He's mediocre. Not worth the trade up for.

I think he still has potential. His best year was his sophmore year under Bo Davis. Hopefully he can turn him around. There may have been other options but nothing I'd do back flips for.

I think I am going to become the Admin for this board. Anyone who does not post their picks does not get to comment on them. Seems like no matter who we pick in any year both you and Jayfan think it is terrible.

blowing smoke or ouch ? nice dig towards Guice by Gruden.

Rob Kelley, RB, Washington Redskins

He’s a bargain, earning just $630,000 in base salary, but Kelley is in the final year of his contract (but would only be a restricted free agent in 2019). Still, Washington’s decision to snag LSU's Derrius Guice late in the second round signals that he will become the feature back. “Really, our role for him is quite easy to see,” coach Jay Gruden said of Guice. “It’s first, second down. We have a third-down back (Chris Thompson). He's not going to play on third down anyway.”
