Keeper Help

Ya lost me. So if everyone but you keeps at least three, you don't get the first three picks, if you kept nobody? I don't get it.

First 8 rounds are set aside of keepers.... That's all I know... It doesn't necessarily mean If I don't keep anyone I'd get first round first pick

Been in the league for 3 years and that's the standings I've ended season in... First year was 10th - That's when I took over team that the manager dropped out

That's what I meant. If everyone but you keeps at least three, then you would get the first three picks by keeping none. So, you don't lose deGrom or Lindor, and you add Arenado.
Then maybe only two other teams keep only three, so round four is only the three of you... and so on.
Something to think about.

honestly, if you are right with the rules, I would be keeping ZERO players...

you said, 2 teams abandoned their teams, that means they should have pretty good keepers too... so, you should have plenty of players to pick from that are just as good if not better than Lindor/degrom... and even if there are others who don't keep anyone, then there players will go into the pool too...


the thing is, I don't think these are the rules... And I would urge you to read the rules again... or ask the commish...

Commish said that was the case. If I don't keep anyone I potentially could get 1 round pick... But I am really thinking a lot of people in this league will "keep" 8 then an hour before the keeper set lock drop them all... March 11th, 5 pm in the keeper lock date

Doesn't say anything about (if you don't keep X amount of players) you get to bump up rounds. All is say's is rounds 1-8 Reserved For Keeper Selections

because this is where we cant help you... if the draft starts in round 9 no matter what, then you kind of have to keep 8 players...

but if you can pick in those first 8 rounds, then you might not want to keep any...

we can pick in rounds 1-8 if we don't keep anyone... If i keep 3 my pick would start at round 4... what pick in round 4 not sure
