If he had Tom Brady's skills a number of teams would have put up with the distraction but teams aren't going to deal with that for a backup QB. He really did shoot himself in the foot with his anthem stance last year. He may eventually land somewhere like the NY Jets with a minimum type salary.

I don't either. He isn't a bad person. He just has some crazy ideas especially the political ones. He is really involved with Camp Taylor in my area that helps kids with heart defects. It is because of his help, that the organization is getting a new facility. He has spent a lot of time there but doesn't go out of his way to seek the media attiention from it.

Thanks for sharing Patterson. One may not agree with his political views, but as you mentioned, he does things that people are not aware of because he doesn't want publicity. Good for Kap for giving back to the community. I know that he's from Turlock and I drive my kids to golf tournaments to Turlock, Modesto, Ripon and Stockton.

I do believe his political views were/are pushed on him by the woman that he is married(?)/dating...I think we all made the mistake of being pussywhipped at least once when we were young, lol.

That is true, at least a part of it was his play on the field but I do believe his kneeling for the National Anthem last year has played a larger part in it. I don't have a problem with someone taking a stance or having an opinion about something but it can cost you if it is unpopular. I thought he could have done it a better way but it is what it is he'll have to live with it now.
