I own Verizon stock and sent in a vote consideration to fire the CEO and the CFO for destroying the stocks's value.
They bought Fair Point and its FIOS and can't expand it. Bought a dead horse with AOL and now they're spending $5B on Yahoo. Problem is that they don't know or understand the businesses they're buying. Verizon is losing market share because they're reacting to other carriers rather than coming up with new ideas.
