I had no problem with it.
The CUBS ain't hitting.
Joe had four choices.......Lackey......Montgomery........Rondon.......Wade Davis
Montgomery ...no....... not vs right handed hitters......He stinks lately
Rondon.....no.....He gave up a home run the night before..rather have have Justin Wilson on the roster.
Wade Davis.......no.......He threw 44 pitches vs Wash.....and the CUBS had to hope they could score so he could get a save
Lackey could have pitched for innings, until the CUBS score.
The bull pen has been a problem the whole season.
It's just that our starting pitching in the NLDS was so good......it covered up the problem
