Jared Allen trade?

ESPN reports that the Seahawks and another team are trying to get him and that MN is seeking a second-round pick.. Based on what I was last night, I would think that OT is a higher priority than DE for Seattle.

Unless I'm desperate for a pass rusher, there's no way I'm trading a 2nd for an aging pass rusher. And I probably still wouldn't do it. I could use that 2nd round pick on a rookie pass rusher that can play for me for 10+ years and make an impact.

Based on last nights game, Seattle appears to need some offense and a rush D...not another pass rusher

Exactly. They have Harvin and a few O linemen coming back from injury soon though, so I wouldn't pull a trade for offense. That's being short sighted.

Could very well be, and IMO defense is not an issue in Seattle.

He would definitely figure to improve the Denver pass rush. Hope it doesn't take a second-round pick to make it happen, though.

A fourth is too much IMO. A second is insane.
