It's time to talk about Beavers

Opening game is coming up vs the OSU Beavers

I'm looking forward to seeing the new offense. I know it'll still be a primary run offense, but more emphasis on getting guys in space.

Last I saw line was around 10, I'm too lazy to look it up. Gophers tend to play pretty vanilla in the non conference

Plenty of tickets available, no real surprise, I'll be there.

Not big on 8pm start, but I'm ready for season

Current line is gophers by 13, I'd be tempted to bet OSU with 13.

OSU was terrible last year with 2 wins and few moral wins

Gophers weren't good with 6 wins and few moral wins

I still think Gophers will wear them down and win it in the 4th

True, but pull out a few wins, and those 10 win teams become 9 win teams

Beavers also had a lot of games vs teams with 8 or more wins

I believe MN to be better team, but they're not yet unbeatable by inferior opponents, although I do believe the days of losing to FCS teams are over (not that we can continue to schedule them)

I was close

Disappointed with third down defense. I may have cursed a little after third ejection

Always happy with a win, but a lot clean up
