I agree...I didn't see this coming when Eason went down. Congrats on a truly amazing season. The only downside to this is that now the expectations are at a fever pitch in Athens...which reminds me of Richt's start in Athens (iirc Georgia was ranked #2 at the end of the season in one of Richt's first few years at Georgia). So hopefully for Georgia fans, this is just a start...and with the recruiting classes that Smart is landing, and the current state of the SEC East, there is no reason these Georgia teams shouldn't be playing in the SEC championship game for many years to come.
