Better test this week when we start our Big10 schedule. I predict Iowa will be ranked and numbers wise they have almost identical stats as us.

We are a bad matchup for Iowa. I think we handle them easily, not quite as easily as last year, but I don't think we sweat this one out. All the PT we are getting younger players is really making us a very deep team and keeps us fresh.

Iowa always plays us tough. I think the game is closer then 31-13 but I think we still win 34-24. Wish they were ranked when we played them this week but they aren't.

They certainly didn't play us tough last year and they are facing an even more potent team this year.

I'm just hoping an inspired Hawkeye team shows up after the shellacking you gave us last year. That being said, PSU will probably curb stomp us.

Saw both RB's got hurt, are either going to be ready Saturday? hate seeing kids get hurt, hope th.ey are ok. If Iowa is not inspired after last year, they'll never be. Figure they'll come out swinging. If PSU gets up early and withstands that initial surge, I think we pull away and feel good most of game.

Good luck to you as well...BTW, the new tradition with the kids hospital is pretty kick ass.....hats off to hawks for that move.

Butler will be out a month with his dislocated elbow. Hopefully Wadley will be ready to go. We also had TE Fant and WR Van Deberg get dinged, but it sounds like both should play. I haven't heard a definitive report yet.

Georgia State held Barkley's run attack very effectively as soon as you take away the sole good run of 33 yards. I don't for a second think Iowa will be any less staunch on our running attack. Our passing attack can pick up the slack against teams like we've played so far this year but Iowa will be our first real test of the season. As a result I think we go in a bit too cocky and win but it'll be a nail biter through at least the first half.

Our offense is designed to take what defense gives. If you want to sell out on run, we throw all day. Fortunately BArkley is a very good WR as well and still a weapon even if we get away from the run.

Tight defense by Lions so far. Offensive play calling sucks big time. It should be 10-0.

I can't blame play calling, dropped passes, missed blocks, and passes that are so far off its ridiculous. Hopefully we regroup at the half like we usually do.

EDIT: I still feel that these 5 construction cones are necessary to represent our OLine.
