I like to steam em' fer bit, then bake or fry.

BTW, do you steam them with water? broth? or water with some seasonings in it?(kinda like a court bouillon)? I'd likely do the last one...

Bay leaf, peppercorns, anything flavorful that you like...

I'm a traditionalist with wings, so I don't impart much on em. I've done em' with broth and water both.


I think bay and pepper would be awesome tho...might have to try that,

Could even put a few shots of hot sauce in the water with the bay and pepper because...why the hell not??? :suds: :lol:
