Per report, league admits to getting Kirk Cousins' intentional grounding call wrong

I thought intentional grounding was if a QB just throws it away in the pocket with no Wr in the area. I did not know it depended on the pass rush. I guess there was no rush Shark. So we really got robbed.

There was a little pressure, but he clearly was not throwing the ball away to avoid a sack...it look like the QB/WR were on different pages. The 10 sec run off killed them.

It would help if the refs new the rules of the game. that just makes this loss even worst.

Actually the Refs did know the rules. Payton talked them into throwing the IG flag.

Rewatch the broadcast if you have game pass. bitch boy Aikman pointed it out after the pass that Payton wanted IG, Payton talked to the Refs, the Refs conferred and then the flag was thrown.. so it was... a very late flag.

Running across the field would be a flag for unsportsmanlike conduct. Gruden did try and talk to the Refs, he was apparently a little confused on why they threw the flag too.

Calls like that are not subject to challenge or replay.

yes but it could make the refs talk it over again if Gruden stick his nose in. All he has to say that he wasn't rushed by rule its not IG. He could of prolonged the conversation. That was he biggest call of the game.

I go to a sports bar to watch the games. So there is no voice. I just remember seeing Gruden with his mouth open in total shock. Why didn't he get to talk to the refs and Payton did? that doesn't make sense.

We lost because we completely collapsed with just under 3 min to play and a 15 point lead. That falls directly on EVERYONE!!! This loss sums up our season as a whole. A complete loss!!! At least we can start looking to next year and how to improve both coaching and adding personnel to help this team.

Our season aint over. The difference between Friday and today is

Friday we still controlled our own fate to an extent.

Today, we need to basically run the table and still might need a little help.

Bress burned them on one blitz, but they were getting to him a lot...not so much sacks, but moving him off his spot, hit, hurries...then they went prevent...it was too much time to just give them the middle of the field.
