We are all "guessing" at this point.

Last year at this time we thought the winner of the Bama/FSU game would have a big notch in their belt. That win ended up not really helping Bama at all.
Well obviously the injury at QB made a pretty big impact there.

But of course we're just guessing, I'm not really sure what your point is.

My bad. I kinda threw a word in, wasn't paying attention. I know who's in each division, I just forgot the name of the division lol
It would be a lot more forgivable if it was 6-7 years ago when they still had the ridiculous "Legends and Leaders".

I agree. I think Purdue will win a division championship before Nebraska does. Team of the not so distant future if they can keep Brohm.
Only reason I might disagree is that Brohm is not likely to stay there if he keeps showing promise. I wouldn't be shocked if he got some decent interest after this season if they improve to, say, 8-9 wins - which, looking at their schedule, doesn't seem impossible.

My point is we can't accurately determine the true difficulty/ease of a teams schedule at this point in time. That's all.

Right, I don't think anyone was saying with 100% certainty obviously. It just very clearly appears that way.

Best prepare now.

7-5 would not surprise me. And that is with the chance they are better than last year.

9-3 would be very impressive imo.
With a defense like we have, there's absolutely no reason to ever end up 7-5.

There's 6 reasons. Only need 5.
I just can't imagine a situation in which this team is worse than last year with a more talented QB room.

Michigan's offense line is awful. They aren't beating Ohio State. Shea Patterson can't do much if Bosa and Young are chasing him the whole entire game

Sounds good to me as long as they lose their opener

If UM’s OL is awful — what is OSU’s when UM had 3.5 sacks and 10 TFL in last years game?

Michigan has a damn good defensive line. Ohio State still ran for around 250 yards. Are you seriously going to compare the play of Ohio State's offensive line last year to Michigan's? Its night and day and it won't get much if any better this season. Michigan isn't beating Ohio State this season. Bank on it.

On the year — no. In the UM/OSU game — yes.

And OSU ran for 226, with 66 coming after O’Korn threw a pop up to OSU safety and ended the game. Prior to that — OSU ran 45 times for 160 yards.

I agree UM’s OL was not good. But OSU’s was just as bad. UM returns two defensive ends who had 19 tackles, 3 sacks and 5 TFL in the OSU game alone.

I will say OSU is the team to beat, but two years running — UM has controlled the game against OSU only to lose a close game and that’s with far inferior QB’s. If Patterson can even be slightly above average — it will give UM’s offense a huge boost. That’s an if though, so no one knows until it happens. We shall see.

Bookmarked. I'll wait until 3 B1G losses happen before mocking.
