Does anyone have a I Phone 5 that finds the bass quality pretty shitty?

I am not looking for Rap like bass but more along the lines of rock and roll..Just to me seems like the music has way to much treble in it and I like bass as well.

App suggestions welcome..I did a search and nothing seems to have really been that great.

Put your phone in an empty coffee mug speaker side down, it really amplifies the sound.

Yes from the phone. I travel a lot.

I travel for work occasionally. My gf got me a Jawbone Jambox that I like a lot. Super portable and more than enough sound for a hotel room

I have ear buds but I have good ones..forget the name...I dont have a Bluetooth option with my radio..

I guess I need to start looking for a car stereo that supports that.

If your talking about just listening with headphones, go to Setttings, Music, EQ on the phone. There are EQ presets like "Rock" and "Bass Boost" that may end up boosting the bass to the level you want.

My cars stereo has a DSP setting that applies a Rock like EQ which sounds awesome so I use that when I got my iphone connected.

You can also do the same thing for the music on your computer when listening with Itunes. In iTunes, go to View, Show Equalizer. You got presets available like Rock and Bass boost there to.

Ah, I was confused. I thought you were literally just playin it out of your phone, no ear buds or anything.

All good

That setting changed it completely...I am a happy camper now.
