How important/good is RJ?

The above includes last season when RJ was "healthy" but seemed to be playing at far less than 100%.

with him, we are a top 5 team in the east and without him a bottom 5 team. The east is wide open this year. If he didn't get hurt it would have been cool to see what we could have done in the playoffs. We probably don't make the trade for Blake if he didn't get hurt but it would be cool to see what the big 3 could have done together for the last 30 games if they still made the trade.

We can't count on him and I would look to move on this summer as I would have last season. We are good when he plays but you can't count on him.

Even if RJ was healthly next year they arent better than Cavs (if Lebron stays), Toronto, Boston, or Washington. Its all mute though as no way he stays healthy.

That might be true but if he didn't get hurt we'd be the 3rd seed right now based on our record at the time of injury and our easiest schedule in the 2nd half. And look at the playoffs this year. The Cavs aren't the same team. Boston is hurt and vulnerable. Toronto always sucks in the playoffs and they are the 1st seed. Indiana scares no one. Washington is without Wall. This year would have been the time to strike.
