I'm not nearly as confident as some of the Hokies here, but I think we should win in a close, low scoring game. Our defense should be excellent this year, but we just have too many questions on offense for me to predict a blow out.

The weather will suck which will help our passing game (contrary to the biggest myth in sports):



Our defense runs 8 deep with guys who have started in the past along the front 4.

We have two r-Srs and a rJr at LB all with multiple games against this defense.

We have a huge quarterback who they can't stop.

Our cornerbacks are huge and can tackle on the edge.

It is slick as fuck so all of the pitching and misdirection of the triple option will lead to turnovers, and the fact it is the first game will just make it worse. Wrong

They will score and get a few real big plays (couple TDs, bloated rushing stats (200-250 total yards)) but it won't be too close. Wrong

-we either block a punt or take one back No
-4+ turnovers for the bees No
-they get 2 big plays (50 + yards) No
