Hey bball team might wanna play some Def

After seeing two L's in a row vs. big ten teams, I'm not liking the fact our Def is not blocking out or playing its normal intelligent help gab def.

Our O has impressed me as we've been able to hit 3's and play one on one ball when need be.

Tighten up the Def boys!!

Here's my thing; the defense has been pretty bad all year. It needs to get better, but it is what is right now. I hope it'll get better as the year progresses, but I wouldn't count on it. Nigel Hayes can be a really good defender, but I don't think he can be a truly dominant defender yet. Sam Dekker tries, but he's not a great defender. Josh Gasser is probably our best defender.

What concerns me the most is, the last 2 games, the offense seems to be less efficient. As I said in another thread, Trae Jackson needs to stop getting the mindset that there are possessions where he's going to shoot no matter what.
