Panthers newest WR Adam Thielen says he chose the Panthers over the Broncos and Cowboys because he believes they can win a Super Bowl.

Not to mention the chance for the most targets since the Panthers gutted their WR corps. This decision was also likely driven by his wife, who clearly loves that paycheck.
