I think you'll like them BD.
I was not a huge fan of Maidens playlist. 6 songs from Book of Souls and I didn't like them..lol
They played for less than 2 hours, which pissed me off. I mean, they had 80% of the audience who were 40+ and just wanted to hear old Maiden tunes..They never played Aces High, The Prisoner, Rime of the ancient mariner, 2 Minutes to midnight.....
But they did rock still!! For being damn near 60, Bruce still hops around very well..
First encore was Number of the Beast, they rocked it...

Yeah, I looked at playlist today. Don't get me wrong, they still jam, was just not very happy with the songs they left out. I felt they should have played for 2+ hours with the amount of recordings that they have.

Toughest part about album-supporting tours. Nobody's super-familiar with the new shit. I do like Book of Souls tho. One of the better albums they've put out ina while.

That's why you play the 6 tunes from the album, but you play the extra 20 minutes or so, so people can hear the shit they came for.

I guess they are old fuckers now though...lol
2 hours might put them in retirement homes the way they were jumping around.
It was a great show, even if I didn't hear a couple songs that I wanted to hear..

That's why I wanted to see this show. I never got to see them either. It was worth the 30 year wait.
Ghost was great as well..
