Browns trade Kevin Hogan to Washington

Quarterback Kevin Hogan was traded to Washington in exchange for a 2018 sixth-round pick (No. 188 overall), the team announced. Washington will also receive the sixth-round pick (No. 205 overall) the Browns acquired from New England

This is the second time Hogan has been jettisoned by Browns GM John Dorsey (Originally drafted by Kansas City in the fifth round of the 2016 draft when Dorsey was the GM of the Chiefs, Hogan was waived before the start of the season)

Yah it's hard to really care that much about swaps of 6th round picks... but the fact that Browns got anything for Hogan is impressive. I'd be shocked if Hogan is even on a starting roster next year.

A grade Browns: Fact the team got anything is a miracle.
D grade Redskins: I really have no clue wtf the Skins are doing with their QB situation, but this doesn't improve anything and just takes away a roster spot for someone else, at least before in all likelihood he's cut. If the Skins are hoping that somehow Hogan corrects ALL his mechanical issues which are borderline Tim Tebow without the arm strength, then wow... might as well play the PowerBall while you're at it. End of day it's a 6th so no reason to give this an F.
