No pics on me, but I had a '68 Yamaha nylon string acoustic that my little brother let a friend "borrow" and I haven't seen to this day :mad2:

Currently have a pretty basic Cort 6 string acoustic but plan on getting a Taylor ASAP; one of the sweetest sounding acoustics I've ever played.

I don't play the guitar...just the bagpipes and banjo.

But I do enjoy some Jack Johnson while relaxing at the lake.

banjo dosent seam that easy to play to me ... neither are the bag pipes

I got friends that play the guitar and they usually get together and play. Whenever we are drinking. But, my uncle left me a banjo. So I decide to give that a try. (I just like playing odd instruments) When I was younger, I heard the bagpipes at a St. Patrick's Day parade and I wanted to play, so I started. Now of course everytime we go to the lake or somewhere my friends want me to play....I don't mind, it's the pipes! I don't wear a kilt though.

What I am working on now is an accoridan. My dad's family came over from Germany and my Grandpa brought it with him. He passed away, but we got it and I just think it would be cool to play.

Found this pic on google but this is the first guitar I got when I was 15 and first learned to play on:

"Harmony" I later found out these were once available in Sears catalogs.

It was a POS but it was good enough to get going and was only $90 at a used guitar shop.

Indeed. I kept with it then traded up for one of these:

fender0025_large.gif

"Fender Strat" (Japan) Inspired by Kurt Cobain and Billy Corgan

Then:

"Dean ML" Dimebag!

Then:

"Jackson Performer" Thought I wanted a Floyd Rose but found it more of a pain in the ass than it was worth.

Then:

"ESP LTD Eclipse" Current guitar and have had for about ten years. Keep it simple. Give me a Les Paul with a couple humbuckers and we're in business.

I play a lot of Grateful Dead. It's not Phil Lesh gear but it gets the job done.
