Presuming Flores stays and Scar re-retires, Schiano would probably be brought in as the LB coach/Asst HC.

They could bring Schiano in behind Flores in hopes of getting him ready for when Flores leaves, which could be sooner than most thought. Were going to need someone to coach the LB...be nice to see Pepper back.

Only way I can see Schiano as DC is if McDaniels or Patricia have already let BB know that they may want Flores as their DC.

Wonder if ST could be in play for Flores instead of DC.

Belichick was able to convince Dante Scarneccia,70, Offensive Line Coach and Asst. Head Coiach to forgo retirement for at least one more year.

We've discussed the last couple weeks the likelihood that New England special teams coach Joe Judge would join Josh McDaniels in Indy. I'm told the Patriots are making a play to keep him.

AS for Capers, he was brought in after the whole spygate thing. BB thought he was getting suspended and wanted another coach on the staff with HC experience...then he gone.
