    John Wall gets it.

I would loooooooooove to see this live....lol

“I think it should be televised,” he said on NBC Sports Washington’s Wizards Tipoff podcast. “If you made the All-Star Game, it should be televised who is going to be on what team. I don’t think you should call them and then wait until everybody sees who will be an All-Star. They should let it be known. We’re grown men, like [LeBron] said. If they ain’t pick you, they ain’t pick you.”

John Wall supports televising NBA All-Star draft: ‘If they ain’t pick you, they ain’t pick you’

If a Warrior is captain, all the Warriors will be gone really early. There would be virtually no chance Draymond goes last in that situation. I actually hope for someone to overtake the lead in West voting. It'd be really interesting to see where guys are drafted. It also will have to do with friendly dynamics too.

I understand the league wants to shake things up a bit, kinda what they did to the NFLs Pro Bowl, but this is just ridiculous.

The ASG is meant to be East v West, not bunch of friends v another bunch of friends.

At least in the old format I knew who to root for. Now I gotta pick a team with players I hate the least.

Meh, the all-star games have been a shit show recently. I just hope they take a little pride and play some defense. I was watching an all-star game that was maybe late 90's early 00's and it was waaay different in terms of competing. It was awesome.

Yeah but at this point it's becoming more about the players and less about the fans, which is the exact opposite direction it should be heading.

I think because of the limited roster, and the whole selection process, it could add some intrigue and games within the games. The last few guys on the roster decide to show out. If say John Wall decides to take it personal that Steph, Harden, Russ and/or Dame were taken over him and decides he wants to lock up on Defense. Or if Draymond is the last pick and decides he's going to lock someone up. That's the dream here.
