I'm a little skeptical about this move based on the fact that he hasn't been too healthy the past two years BUT IF healthy I think he could do very well in Fenway. But the fact that he hasn't played since 2011 really scares me

Whoever thought we could see Mark Mulder pitching to Grady Sizemore again?

Boston's resident baseball historian had some nice comments about Xander. This is the stuff you like to hear...

He's got all the tools in the world. What I was able to get out of him was his head, his approach, the kind of guy he is. Truly second to none. Mental side isn't really a tool on the five-tool player, but I mean, he covers a lot from that. Being good, being polite, being respectful of the veterans, I don't care about all that. I'm watching your love for the game, love for the organization, the will to want to win, the will to want to get better, and I mean, he was across the board straight A's.

This is true. Now Bradley won't have in the back of his mind that CF is truly his...

Grady was one of my favorite players of other teams for a long time, love this if for no other reason

Interesting to see him flying down the base paths. He was just clocked at 4.2 to first. His 'healthy' average was 4.1...

It is still very early, but Sox might have found another diamond in the rough....

I was hoping Grady Sizemore would be able to make it back from his injuries as well, but it looks like he's never going to be the player he once was before. I hate to see it, but it's part of the game.
