I think he gets another shot again within the next couple years if he wants it. Guarantee he has learned a lot since his first couple years looking like a deer caught in the headlights.

He was thrown into that position all while being a pretty fresh fish in the game ... can't really fault him for that season. My guess would be that he's going to get a HC offer within the next 2 or so year.
