I challenged you to prove it wasn’t about money.

Wake the fuck up
I proved to you why TCU and co champ Baylor were left out. Bottom line. You just aren't smart enough to figure it out.

Had they had an extra game, that too would have been considered. They didn't. It wasn't. And now they have that game. Why? Because it cost them. And everyone was talking about that when it happened. It really isn't that complicated.

Bullshit. A blue blood has never dropped 3 spots after beating a team by 50 plus. Yet somehow TCU does? An it’s not like Ohio State and TCU didn’t end the season (prebowl) on the same day. Both were conference champs. It’s waay more similar than ya think.

I mean can we still bond like this more?
If anyone has been here more than a couple of years and lets a few insults and a circle jerk troll job actually get to them, they probably need a new hobby.

I've seen Oklahoma get the benefit of the doubt lots of times.
It's a real thing.

Answer seriously

TCU was number 3 in the nation going into the last week of the regular season and then beat their opponent 55-0. They slide down 3 spots after that and miss the playoffs. Does that happen if it’s Oklahoma or Texas?
You do realize that TCU wasn’t the one fucked over, if anyone was at all, right? Baylor should have been named the conference champ but the Big12 was trying to be greedy and get two into the playoffs. Baylor should have been named conference champ, not TCU.

While your point is valid, still technically they were co-champs of the B12. But yes, Baylor would have been the one that went and not TCU because H2H.

That only matters depending on the year and the teams around the nation involved in the discussion.

Didn't Penn State win the B1G in 2016?

Didn't matter.

Are you new here? :noidea:

Since when does just about any thread on this site remain specifically and entirely on the OP topic past page 3? :noidea:

Well, unless there are tits.

It’s almost like multiple factors are taken into account, not just the CCG

Thus the reason I included the part about the year and the teams around the nation in the discussion.

Sometimes the "13th data point" matters, sometimes it doesn't in getting into the CFP. Oklahoma ('15), tOSU ('16) and Bama ('17) all made the playoffs without that all important 13th game. The rest of 'em to make the playoffs have had it.
