Goff at 1-6? Are you predicting a win this weekend?

Better than Eli? are you kidding? Yes he's struggled at times in his career, but he's had ONE HELL of a career overall...If Goff ends up as successful Eli, I'll be VERY happy!!!

BTW... As a NYer, I've seen pretty much every game he's ever played, so yes, I know Eli's career damn well...

Even if it's half as successful as Eli's, at least that'll mean another Super Bowl for us.

Bradshaw's rookie season:
13G, 83-218 (38.1%), 1410 yds, 6 TD, 24 INT, 25 sacks, 30.4 rating
Bradshaw didn't get his passer rating above 70 until his 6th season. Bradshaw went 4-16 for 40 yards starting the first game of the 1970 season, and was caught for safeties in his first 3 starts.

Montana's rookie season: only 23 passes attempted

Warner attempted 11 passes in his first season with the Rams, 4 years after going undrafted.

Peyton's rookie season:
16G, 326-575 (56.7%), 3739 yards, 6.5 y/att, 26 TD, 28 INT, 71.2 rating

Marino is the rarity that excelled right away.

Thing about Eli's development is...

Had Warner for 1 year
Has an older Bro that can QB
Has a dad that QBd in the NFL
Eli has had some decent targets in his career
Oline came together and he had a great D with some solid RBs too
Had Shockey for how long?

I'm not giving up on Goff but he still has a long way to go and the Rams FO needs to wake the fuck up
