That's what I have been doing with Mariota and Winston. Looks like Winston is going to miss a few weeks, so I was going to play matchups with Mariota and one of them.

In that case, I think I would stream when you don't want to use Mariota.

Truthfully though, Mariota may be droppable too. Goff is probably most valuable of the 3 at the moment.

I'd play Mariotta the rest of the way and Goff in any match up you think might be bad for Mariotta (unless Goff is facing Seattle that week. I think the Rams still have to play them once more). The Rams offense is for real so I feel like he'll be the safer option. He might not wow you, but I feel like Goff will get you a safe, dependable 15 pts

Jets GM Mike Maccagnan is open to bringing back Josh McCown in 2018.

"Josh has done a very good job for us, and not only on the field as a player but also what he's brought to the organization," he said. McCown was brought in to be a one-year stopgap but has exceeded expectations while keeping the Jets in the Wild Card discussion. The Jets are still likely to draft a quarterback, but could bring McCown back on another one-year deal if he plays well down the stretch. I dont think i would use him over Goff or Mccown

McCown has thrown for multiple TD in 5 of 9 games.
Goff has done it 3 of 8 games.
But Goff had averaged more passing yards per game.
Tough to tell who has the edge.

But as @SmokingMonkey pointed out, Goff's schedule against some pretty good defenses may slow up that offense.
