I'm not sure there's 10 really good receivers in the league.... a lot of the guys being listed are just ok but have great QBS. I'll have to think on this

I'd put Tyreke Hill in more lists than I'm seeing

Slightly surprised he isn’t on more myself. I still think he has a ton of positive growth potential as a receiver technically speaking. I would say as a pure deep threat he’s unrivaled.

It's going to be really interesting to see how he transitions to Mahomes. I will say this - Travis Kelce is going to be on both of my fantasy teams this year. He could legitimately top 100 catches.

See I think Kelce goes backwards. Mahomes is ( at least was ) a gunslinger. Smith is far more likely to use the TE than Mahomes imo

Id put him on and Mike Evans off most of the lists i see...Not a Mike Evans fan, at least as far as consistency, fantastic 2 years ago, completely invisible last season...Dont trust him

I think his best season could happen with Mahomes, his strength seem to be Alex Smiths' perceived weakness

(and i know Smith improved the deep ball last season)

Yeah, I might be too high on him. He went from carrying the team to just part of the team. I think these kind of lists are a bit of a projection. For all we know, AJ Green has been the 2nd best WR in the league and Andy Dalton has been holding him back. I'm not sure I trust Jameis Winston, either.

Alex Smith's weakness last year was actually the intermediate pass game. From a fantasy standpoint its possible you see some Chiefs regress next year just because Sammy Watkins is going to steal targets. At the end of the day its hard to imagine the Chiefs being worse in the red zone than last year so its entirely possible that Kelce is still very productive from a fantasy standpoint.

But he's also a first year guy, and it's not like Kelce is the type who just hovers around waiting for dumpoffs. I can see him being at worst a safety valve, and at best being his top target.
