Crick and Reynolds. Reportedly there is another mid-level prospect going as well.

And Pit is paying “a portion” of Cutch’s contract.

Now its 2.5 mill going to SF and the 3rd thing going to Pitt is 500k of international bonus pool money.

Fangraphs now has them projected for the 2nd WC at 85-77 (just ahead of the 83-79 D-Backs).

I may take the over on an 85 OU bet.

Alll above average players in key spots, with a few stars sprinkled in. Not a powerhouse, and not a team that will last more than a year or so moving forward, but for 2018, I like what I see.

I think 85 is pretty fair just because it'll be a tough division, even if the Rockies/D-Backs do regress. I could see there being a tight gradient between the 2nd and 4th place teams though I think the Dodgers run away with the division. I like your guys chances of making the playoffs than them though.

man, that is such an underwhelming return for the Pirates. Crick was a promising prospect, but he struggled to throw strikes and finally had success in 2017... as a reliever. He might have closer potential, but what good is a closer if you don't have many 9th inning leads to blow?

You wasted a post to tell me this? LOL. You don't think the contracts pass to the Giants now? Of course they signed them.
