why did patriots let him go ? huge mistake !
It almost certainly was a mistake in the longterm.
Who are you?
Haven't we beat this horse to death enough yet? What's done is done.
We probably have 10 more years of this ish at the least, so get used to these threads
Ugg Boy heard footsteps.
As well as he should. Now go win the Superbowl and let the 49ers dream of the future.....
Jimmy G. will be a free agent. They appear to have been offering him more than Brady to sign.
I hate to see him go, too, but he's already proven he's good enough to start, and he wants to play, not ride the pine for a few more years.
yes, it's the truth: the patriots traded jimmy garopollo.
The 49ers won't let Jimmy G become a FA.
Shame, that 6 quarters he lasted before got injured and beating AZ team that I think won 5 games on a missed FG, was a huge mistake to let go, instead of paying him 3-4 million a year to back up Brady next year or too. RG3 looked decent his few year too, shame on the Redskins
Try 18 million offered, and that was not accepted. 4 million would have been a bargain.
Meant to write 3-4 mill a year more than Brady
Just wait until he resigns with the Pats this offseason.....
Hammer is that you?
There was just too much “sexy” on the Patriots team. If you really have to ask that question then you obviously haven’t watched the NFL this year. Everyone with a brain or knows how to read knows why he was traded. Stick to playing Candyland or Chutes and Ladders. Sounds more your speed.
Garropolo looks very good. However, given that it is the patriots, they will find another great QB that Belichick molds.
