it's raining and I woke up early this morning, so here ya go:

this was a 1Q play if i remember correctly (sorry did the videos yesterday). Same formation i showed last week with the bunch set of TEs and WR at the top. First, i hate this formation, we have all 11 guys right there and they have 10 in the box. if i'm looking at it right, Ill might have had the perfect call too, looks like d-line slants so reach blocks are missed so penetration and the LB fills hard that both Gates and McNitt miss him.

Northwestern 25 yards rushing for the game. Clayton Thorson was pressured a lot.

Where to start on this one. Jameis gets smoked by the inside move. Foster doesn’t recognize the blitz and engages the DT, leaving Decker to not really do anything. Wilbon left to block two blitzers and can’t do much.

this one was just doomed to fail. not sure what Wilbon saw that he ran left, the Foster, Decker, Farmer all standing around looking at each other at the end. and then the quick cut to MR, was just priceless to me.

and they aren't all bad. this is a play we ran a lot for good yardage. o-line does a fantastic job on this, the main to me is we have 6 blockers for 7 guys, the good double team pushes and then coming off those and getting the LBs, the 7th guy makes the tackle, but it's 5yds down field and ozigbo gets it to 8 with his power.

here's the difference between the 4 plays to my untrained eye. the 4th and best blocked looks like a vanilla defense. no stunt, no blitz, just straight up, talent and we beat them. the other 3 are all slanting/blitzing and our guys just don't pick it up well. WIscy's going to light these boys up if they don't really work on that stuff this week.
