Work...if it's a shorter work Saturday, I can get home by halftime of the 12 noon (eastern) games. If it's a longer work Saturday, I can get home by halftime of the 3:30pm games.

wait until 7:30 and then see that the four letter channel's ACC game is some crap like FSU Clemson and start cussing because UVA is very seldom on TV in this godforsaken state I live in.:bawling:

On Sunday I put on my Suh jersey if it is a home game and Stafford for road games. At which point the dog puts on his 00 jersey.

I threw my lucky shirt away 3 years ago. It was worn and faded. I've tried various different replacements. My wife bought me a new 12th man jersey for game day and I wear it for s little while but when the Aggies start playing like shit I go change.

My sister is still a jinx. My brother in law gave in and started allowing her to watch the games with him. She is the reason why we suck every November...it's her fuckin fault.

Actually a pretty good question.

I've gone to every Husky home game (while in Seattle - the exception was law school) going back to my freshman year of my undergrad. Haven't missed a home game in the renovated stadium, or missed a home game coached by Chris Petersen.

I've always started drinking 7 hours before the game, regardless of the kickoff time. This was a frat tradition of mine, called it the "7-hour rule." Unsure if that was just a thing at my chapter at UW, or a national thing.

Last 3 years I've gotten into a fight in at least one game. We lost all three.

Trying to think of any others.

For home games I get up, watch football until it's time to leave. Get there, hang in the parking lot, eat, and get drunk (called tailgating in some parts). Typically redhook IPA is my football beer, for those who want to know, head in a little early, get one to three more beers in the beer garden in the stadium, hike up to bumfuck where our seats are, and watch the game, only getting up to pee, or maybe get coffee depending on the weather and time.

For away games I get up, watch football, at an appropriate time before the game go to the store for beer, and something terrible (often gizzards), then watch the game alone minus the SportsHoopla game thread. I will only watch away games with other people if it's some kind of occasion that I can't get out of.

and don't say because

This thread was resting in peace for four years. Now we have a zombie thread on our hands.
