Game Thread: Game 6: Seahawks @ Giants

Not a must win but still a needed win to keep pace with the 4-2 Rams.

Hawks are 3 out of 4 in wins after the Bye, that's a nice change from how they use to be.

I hope to see a much more potent Offense after the rest. I hope the Defense shows up and plays lights out also.

The Giants Oline has struggled just like Seattle's and i think Clark will be a dominating force this game. Bennett might have some splash plays but he has been mostly invisible since 2016 with a few big plays here and there, plus he is dealing with a heel problem and those things can totally kill your performance.

Darboh needs to prove sooner or later he is even worth a roster spot so far yeah he has proved he isn't. Griffin is playing great for a rookie, i didn't expect him to play so well after his lackluster preseason but the talent was always there. Lets hope he takes another step forward. Here's to hoping he gets his first NFL Pick and lets make it a pick 6.

I predict a 16-10 type game but i am hoping that the Hawks pitch a shut-out. Need a nice win here to start our one and only home stand of 2 games. then it's back to 1 away, 1 home the rest of the season.

I disagree that it is a must win, it would be awful to lose to a 1-5 giants team without Beckham, Marshall, and Sterling playing at WR coming off a bye week on top of that. A win today and an eagles loss on monday would put us in a good position to make a run for a #1 or #2 seed for the playoffs

Sterling is playing but yeah, it would be a tough loss with the injuries they have at the WR position... I don't view it as a must win though...

Giants have a pretty good defense.. Jenkins will probably take Baldwin out of the game so we're going to have to have Richardson, Lockett and Graham to step up... Our OL will probably not be good this game so we'll have to rely on Wilson's improvising and the big plays to get down field... It's been a broken record but we have to establish some sort of running game but with our OL, that's almost wishful thinking at this point...

On defense, we have struggled against TE's... The Giants have a very talented TE in Engram who ran 4.2/40... He's basically a big WR so Kam/Wright are going to have their hands full... We need to rack up the sacks/hits/knockdowns on Eli today to rattle his cage and force a few TO's...

This is the type of game that whoever wins the +/- in the TO battle will win a low scoring game imo...

Not a must win, but pretty close... going 4-2 is a helluva lot better than 3-3 after 6 games... Plus the Cards and Rams are playing so we can pick up a game on one of them... At some point we have to start showing were one of the elite teams... or maybe we're just not one of the elite teams... that's what this game means... NO way should we lose to a 1-5 Giants team right now that has such key injuries, even on the road... I mean it's the NFL so any team can sneak up on you, but this is a game we need, especially with more home games coming up...

Uh to me this is a must win. Rams look like they're going 5-2 and the Giants are about as pitiful as a team can get right now. We can't afford to lose a road game and go 3-3 against the lowly Giants.
