Here is our beginning of summer practice depth chart: Virginia Tech Football: Initial Depth Chart of 2015 Preseason Camp | The Key Play

My impressions are that our dline 2 deep is insane. Also we have two true freshmen in the CB two deep but a lot of the competition has been moved to safety and we have nickle on the chart. I am little bit worried about oline and LB depth though.

Big Tim will be on the 2 deep too by the end of camp. Pretty nuts someone like Ricky Walker and then Barron or Williams won't even be on the 2-deep

It sounds like there is a lot of WR and TE co-coaching which will be nice for versatility and blocking.

I agree on LB and OL depth.

Also if we have an injury at CB, I imagine Stroman or Riley would move over. TG likes for all of his kids to know all of the positions.

If we can stay healthy at key positions, I say 10-2 or even 11-1. I want to be optimistic about beating OSU but realistically I think we lose in a closer than expected game

Agreed. With Malleck, Kline, and Hodges all healthy (hopefully) we'll have plenty of pass catchers to go with our wideouts. Hell, Bucky was basically a pseudo-WR last year.

OL and QB play are the biggest concern for the team, which is really nothing new for us the last few years. I do like our starting OL but we could be in big trouble if even one of them miss time. Hopefully the entire team got rid of that injury bug last year when it seemed like every week at least two players went down. And then with QB, who knows. Brewer seems to be the lead dog but if he's anything like he was from last October on, we essentially have no QB. I'm really hoping being in the system a full year will make him more comfortable and he won't have so many ludicrous mistakes.
