It's not enough that our highly paid coordinators are shifting the bed.

It's not enough that our supposedly talented 4 and 5 stars are getting manhandled by supposedly less talented players.

Now one of our most distinguished alumnus and athletes decides to kneel during our national anthem in a foreign country and stand up and place his hand over his heart during God Save the Queen.

Dude Rome wasn't built in a day....Seriously you can have all the 4 or 5 star players you want, the question is can they man up under the new staff...I think you are expecting straight back to the top, but in reality Les wasn't close either when he was there. They need a year or two to get quality players, screw the ratings on these kids, prime example look at USC....Chuck full of 5's and 4's, but those over hyped team can't stay mentally focused or beat the hell out of a team the should roll very easily...

This whole thing is Redskins part 2, but from the other side this time.

Make no mistake about it - this was never about the flag for the players. This has always been about racist (?) black players hating white cops. The flag stuff is a byproduct of the players vs cops narrative. And now that millions of vets and their supporters are offended - the same liberal folks who told everyone the Redskins need to change their name because it offends American Indians - are telling those people that their feelings and their opinions don't matter. This is my outside observation. What all this has to do with football, I have no idea.

I just sit around waiting for it to end. I can't relate to any of it.

I didn't pay attention to the username and read that from the point of view of a Vanderbilt fan and was very confused for a while.
