Here are the DFEI rankings for his defenses:

2013 Florida St - 1st
2014 Georgia - 24th
2015 Georgia - 12th
2016 Alabama - 1st

And some context so you can see what he walked into at each:

In 2012, Florida St was 12th in DFEI.

In 2013, Georgia was 85th in DFEI. He improved them to 24th and then up to 12th.

In 2015, Alabama was was #1 in DFEI.

So basically he improved every year where possible.

Greg Schiano not being on the list is absurd. In 2016, he loses 3 starting defensive linemen, 2 starting LBs, 3 starting defensive backs and has OSU as a top 5 defense by nearly every metric.
