seems like a popular low cal glaze is a honey/garlic/ginger/soy glaze...I'd prob throw some sliced scallion on there too at the end, but I love scallions and some don't...To keep it lower cal, you can use the reduced calorie soy sauce, just don't use the fake stuff. Some "low cal" soy sauce is nothing but chemicals, others just have Soy beans, wheat, water, salt(like they should)...

Could even use certain hot sauces as a marinade/glaze...There are SO many these days where you could find just about any flavor profile you'd like/want...

I am :suds: though I shouldn't have bought so many bottles at once, I still have a few to get to lol...
Nothin wrong with being overstocked. I find that I don't eat it nearly as much during the winter. Spring & summer I feel like I inhale the stuff.

I bought it on Amazon...it's cross between a bbq sauce and a hot sauce with a tomato-y/mustard-y/Caribbean spiced/habanero thing going on, REALLY good stuff!!!

My favorite hot sauce. Sweet, tangy, & spicy. Goes well with all meats. Chicken, beef, fish, etc. Like RamsFan said, Amazon provides. I buy it at Trader Joe's.
