If you haven't tried this website yet, it can be addictive.

They haven't updated the draft order for week 17 yet, but here is my first Bills mock (no trades):

Your Picks:
Round 1 Pick 16: A'Shawn Robinson, DT/DE, Alabama (A)
Round 2 Pick 16: Josh Doctson, WR, TCU (A)
Round 3 Pick 16: Jerald Hawkins, OT, LSU (A)
Round 4 Pick 16: Scooby Wright, ILB, Arizona (B+)
Round 5 Pick 16: Christian Hackenberg, QB, Penn State (A+)
Round 6 Pick 16: Roberto Aguayo, K, Florida State (B-)

Fits a lot of needs IMO.

For ILB, you're probably just looking at Reggie Ragland (Alabama) in the first round. For OLB (some of which could play inside), there's more projected in the first round: Myles Jack (UCLA), Darron Lee (Ohio State), Jaylon Smith (Notre Dame), Leonard Floyd (Georgia). All subject to change wildly, of course...lol. I would consider Ragland, Smith, and Jack at least to be first rounders.

Kevin Hogan is an interesting late round QB pick. I wouldn't have bothered with him last year, but he seemed to take a step forward this year. Seems like a good leader and good guy too.

If he could just get rid of that elongated throwing motion, he'd be an earlier draft pick. He looks like he's throwing a javelin, lol.

I thought Brissett, Hogan, and Driskel showed pretty well in the senior bowl for potential day 3 picks. Dak won MVP, but lucked out on a dropped INT where he brought the FS right to the ball by staring down his receiver. Wentz couldn't really show his stuff due to some stalled drives on bad drops by his receivers.

First attempts for 2017. Grading is ridiculous, got a C+ for a draft full of A rated players and one C rated pick in the 7th round, lol. Of course, this draft is assuming the Bills keep Tyrod (or trade for a starting QB if he leaves).

Your score is: 9051 (GRADE: C+)

Your Picks:
Round 1 Pick 10: Mike Williams, WR, Clemson (A)
Round 2 Pick 12: Gareon Conley, CB, Ohio State (A-)
Round 3 Pick 11: Vincent Taylor, DT, Oklahoma State (A+)
Round 5 Pick 12: David Sharpe, OT, Florida (A)
Round 5 Pick 31: Rayshawn Jenkins, FS, Miami (Fla.) (A-)
Round 6 Pick 22 (MIA): Keionta Davis, DE, Chattanooga (A)
Round 7 Pick 14 (IND): Chad Kelly, QB, Ole Miss (C)

Here's one going QB in the first (assuming Tyrod is gone):

Your score is: 9397 (GRADE: B-)

Your Picks:
Round 1 Pick 10: Deshaun Watson, QB, Clemson (A)
Round 2 Pick 12: Marcus Williams, FS, Utah (A)
Round 3 Pick 11: Cooper Kupp, WR, Eastern Washington (A+)
Round 5 Pick 12: Erik Magnuson, OT, Michigan (A-)
Round 5 Pick 31: Brendan Langley, CB, Lamar (TX) (A+)
Round 6 Pick 17 (WASH): DeAngelo Brown, DT, Louisville (B)
Round 7 Pick 17 (WASH): Jake Elliott, K, Memphis (A-)

Again, ridiculous grade of B-; all players were rated above that. 5th best team score in that particular mock, and all need positions.

I will hope to see what we need. And that has only one scenario... keeping Taylor. And giving him protection to continue the best rushing attack in the NFL. With a healthy Watkins, Woods and Hunter, I think paying a rookie to battle Woods between the 20's won't make a difference. I think paying a rookie to battle Hunter in the red zone won't make a difference. Watkins will always get the most targets, but even with his foot (2nd surgery), I think taking a Mike Williams 10th is absolutely crazy.

LT - Glenn and Kouandjo (sp?) are fine at LT (not sure why Cyrus can't play the RT...maybe that was a Rex fault?). LG - Incognito. Love him. He can play LG or RG...and probably C in a pinch. C - Wood. Hurt again, fluky injury. If he's healthy, he's great... our back up was not very good at all. RG - Miller. Fine rookie season, but really regressed this season. RT - Mills. Worst player in the NFL. Hard to believe Rex left him alone all season.

The right side needs a make over... and that WILL make a difference. We obviously need depth at WR, but that is not hard to do, IMO.

We also need a couple DB's to replace Williams and (hopefully) Gilmore. With Ragland returning, we're not desperate at LB, but we sure need help there.... again, not sure if it was a Rex regression thing. Preston Brown looked a lot better in Jim Schwartz's defense that's for sure.

Not so sure about Cardale Jones... but a dart throw at a late QB is always a good idea.

1 - Best OL
2 - Best DB
3 - Best OL
4 - Best DB
5 - Best DB/LB/DL
6 - QB
7 - sure, we definitely need a K! (not sarcasm...man Carpenter was painful the last two years)

I realize I'm not entertaining reality when I say Taylor staying is the only scenario. It will be my reality though...

that said,

I like your input on actual players and not my laid out positions with no names.

keep 'em comin'!

We need to trade down if we're going to draft a lineman

the only offensive lineman that's been in the range is Alabama offensive tackle Cam Robinson, and I honestly don't want this guy on our team he is poison. Got arrested on some pretty serious charges only for them to be dropped because the Tuscaloosa police department "didn't want to hurt his future." Not sure how he learned his lesson on this one. Other than that if any of you can find an Alabama offensive tackle that has been a success in the NFL can you let me know.

Mike McGlinchey out of Notre Dame might not declare if he does I'd be fine with targeting him.

Mike Williams, some folks on here don't want a receiver but I want Mike Williams on this roster. He would add a 2nd top thread to our receivers with Sammy Watkins, and he brings a different kind of threat, Watkins is the speedy receiver that can burn your downfield, Williams is the big tall receiver that can win jump balls, something this roster lacks. We draft him, keep Tyrod and a better right tackle in the 3rd round and this will... I kid you not be the best offense since the greatest show on turf.

If Malik Hooker somehow drops to us he immediately jumps to the top of our board, we better be sprinting to get that card to Goodell.

I think we should get a corner in the 2nd round

and like I said before an upgrade at right tackle in the 3rd

4th round we should get a tight end, it's a very deep tight end class this year and finding an upgrade over Clay is possible even in the 4th round.

later rounds should be for receiver depth, offensive line depth and front 7 depth.

kicker in the 7th round as this is a need.

I could live with Williams. I whole heartedly disagree, Hunter and Watkins are more than capable at jump balls and red zone targets...but I could live with it.

Like I said, everything starts with Taylor.

And I'd be more than happy trading down.

Is the best Safety an option at 10? Like I said, I defer to your knowledge on the subject. But we definitely need a new Aaron Williams.

Best safety (or second/third best anyway, depending on FS or SS) could very well be an option at #10, and probably the best option if not going QB or WR IMO. Jabrill Peppers maybe? CB could also be in play, depending on what the Bills choose to do with Gilmore.

I wouldn't put a position on a certain round like that personally, just choose from BPA among those positions at the time of each pick. The Bills draft board could be completely different from any published rankings as well.

Oh, by the way the Bills don't have a 4th rounder this year (traded last year to move up for Reggie Ragland).

The best safety would have to drop a bit in order to be an option, it's very possible though.

Obtaining a safety in the draft is an absolute must. That's the only way we can upgrade, signing safeties in free agency seldom works
