While interesting, I don't put much into these #'s. Its the first 4 games and they were against different teams. I sure wish we had last years O with this years D though!

The numbers indicate trends, both positive and negative. They may also indicate improvement, or lack thereof, from the previous year during the same time period.

Our first four opponents last year resulted in a 2-2 record: BSU (loss), JMU (D-1AA loss), ECU (win), and BC (win).

Just my opinion, but I'd say both the current numbers and the W-L record indicate an improvement over last year.
