I hate to say it because 2 Losses weren't his fault. FG kicking blew 2 games for us but It might be time. Players aren't playing for him it looks like.

Im a Kelly fan but she ship is sinking some what like it did when we had Weis his 2 last years.

Im at shock right now. I know we had a ton of injuries and stuff but it might be that time to say Bye.

Hate to say. Im very disappointed in this team and this coaching staff this year. 6-0 and we are now 7-4. Just bad.

I did predict 8-4 but not in this fashion.

Kelly is the best ND had probably since Lou.

By the way, BK doesn't give a shit about special teams or he doesn't know how to develop special teams play. I have to disagree that special teams failures are not the fault of BK.

i do think next year is the year but im seeing alot simliarties when weis was on his way out. we held on to weis 1 year too long in my opinion. i have a bad feeling kelly will scree this team next year.

look 2 l's this year is on fg unit but there other things in the game that could been better if kelly called a better game. the last drive was a perfect example.

Comparing Kelly to Weis is absolutely ridiculous. What was wrong with his playcalling on the final drive? The QB draw was a perfect call. Golson chose the wrong hole as the hole on his left was wide open and woul've gotten him at least 5 yards

What competition did he play down to? Ville is going to end the year with 9 or 10 wins. They have one bad loss. The other losses all came to teams who will win at least 9 games.

That's the one and only example.

You really can't blame the coach for every single game.

At some point you gotta hold the players on the field responsible for their play instead of always using the coach as the scapegoat after every game

Maybe we don't play down to our completion. Maybe Northwestern is better than ND. Maybe Pitt was better than ND in 2013. South Florida 2011. Tulsa 2010. Not to mention all the way-too-close wins we have had cheating our bench out of playing time and exposing our starters to extra wear and tear.

Oh for fuck's sake, could you have set the bar any lower? Bob Davie, who can't figure out how to win at New Mexico, Tyrone Willingham and Charlie Weis. Almost anyone would be better than those. He's brought some respectability back to the program, but 8-5 is his ceiling so far and that's just not good enough.

But don't back off that statement. Louisville is a pretty good team, but we out-recruit a lot of these programs. It shouldn't be close. It doesn't have to be close all the damn time. And I don't know what happened to the mystique of playing in ND stadium, but that is long gone. Remember when FSU came in 1993, they'll never admit it, but they were awestruck by the place and that had to have factored into the game. This was Loiusville's first trip there. Not only were they not intimidated, they ran it down our throats.
