Morning. I survived a tornado scare last night. We will rebuild.
Cutting out after I finish a couple things. There's a job fair this afternoon I'm going to check out too, need to get some resume paper on my way home.
Not going to miss waking up at 5:30 one bit during my little extended vacation.
People still use paper resumes?
Don't forget your responsibilities here.
Fortunately for the resume paper industry, yes.
Yes... they're called Amish.
Last day of the kaizen, report out to management is from noon to 2pm. Since I refuse to present, I'll try to avoid that meeting.
Twins got swept, so all is right in the universe.
After today, 10 working days until retirement. Found out my replacement requisition hasn't been approved, so I don't need to worry about training my successor. I'll start removing my name from time card approvals, alarms, on-call lists etc. next week.
Not a mod here, Chris Broleman.
Beautiful day, wife took the day off and they refused my vacation request for half a day off because they want me at the report out....should I even care...don't think they can fire me over one missed meeting....not to mention I'm losing the vacation accrual since I'm already maxed out.
Can the avoid 100 losses is the real question
Since they're haven't improved their talent over last year, I don't think so.
Probably not worth it to them to even try it, since you probably could sue the shit out of them once you're out.
We got a new catcher
If my replacement requisition hasn't been approved, I don't think they would approve any incentive that would get me to stay longer.
We survived the same storm in '11. If we can do it you can too.
Glad to see the ban hammer hasn't found you yet.
I stand corrected...with a lifetime batting average around .210, he's one of the better hitters on the team.
